01Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide and limited technical data when you use our site or work with us as a client.
- Contact details: name, email, phone, company name, and project details submitted through our contact form.
- Business information: goals, budget range, service interests, and messages you send us.
- Payment information: when you pay through our website, Stripe processes your card or wallet details. We receive transaction metadata (such as amount, currency, payment status, and billing email) but do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Client project data: website content, brand assets, ad account access (with your permission), analytics, and campaign performance reports.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral source—collected via cookies and similar technologies.
02How we use your information
- Respond to inquiries and prepare proposals or quotes.
- Deliver web development, Meta Ads, and Google Ads services under contract.
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and internal workflows.
- Send service-related updates, invoices, and reports you have requested.
- Process online payments through Stripe and fulfill related service obligations.
- Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes where necessary.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
05Online payments (Stripe)
Our payment page (nexadigitals.it/payment) lets you pay service fees in USD using Stripe Checkout. Stripe is our sole online payment processor for card payments made through this website.
- What Stripe collects: payment method details (e.g. card number, expiry, CVC), billing name, email, and fraud-prevention signals. This data is sent directly to Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- What we receive: payment amount, currency, transaction or session identifiers, payment status (succeeded, failed, refunded), and limited billing contact details needed for receipts and support.
- Preset amounts: you may choose quick amounts ($10, $25, $50, $100) or enter a custom amount in USD before continuing to checkout.
- Receipts: Stripe may email you a payment receipt. We may also send a confirmation or invoice for the related service.
- Refunds: refund eligibility depends on your project agreement and applicable law. Approved refunds, when applicable, are processed through Stripe or another method we specify.
For how Stripe handles your data, see Stripe’s Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified as a payment processor.
06Data retention
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Contact form submissions: typically up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues.
- Client project files and reports: for the contract term plus a reasonable archive period (often 12–36 months).
- Financial records: as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
- Payment and transaction records (including Stripe receipts and invoices): typically 7 years or as required by tax and accounting laws.
07Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
